🥞 PROTEIN PANCAKES

These have become one of my favorite high-protein breakfasts! Super easy, filling, and they actually taste like pancakes. 😂💪🏼

Ingredients:
🥣 ½ cup oatmeal
💪🏼 1 scoop protein powder
🥚 2 eggs
🥛 ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
✨ ½ tsp baking powder
✨ Pinch of baking soda
🤍 ½ tsp vanilla extract
🍬 Stevia to taste

Blend everything together until smooth, let the batter sit for about 2–3 minutes, then cook on medium-low heat like regular pancakes.

Makes about 2.5 large pancakes.

🥞 39g carbs
🥑 19g fat

High protein, simple ingredients, and perfect when you’re craving something sweet for breakfast without completely throwing off your goals. 🙌🏼
