A little maintenance can go a long way!

We completed maintenance on this large gravel parking lot using the material already in place. Only a couple of problem areas needed the power rake; then we leveled and smoothed the entire lot for a cleaner, more even surface.

Not every parking lot needs new material or a complete rebuild. Sometimes it just needs the right equipment and a little attention.

Another gravel project completed by Sharp Services of Las Cruces!

We started by preparing and shaping the driveway, then brought in 50 tons of new material to spread, grade, and compact. The rain helped settle everything in, allowing us to come back today and pack it down for a solid finished surface.

Near the end, the skid steer hit a soft spot along the edge of the driveway and slid toward the arroyo. After carefully pulling it back onto solid ground, we repaired the disturbed area and finished the job right.

Last week’s project started with tearing down this old addition and hauling everything away.

We power raked the existing material, pulled it back together, reshaped the surface, and rebuilt the problem areas using what was already there.
