Having sold more than 400 properties, Martin is recognized as a top producing agent, and has received numerous awards including being TWICE awarded Realtor® of the Year (out of 1200+ agents) by his local Board of Realtors® (2021 and 2010). He believes in being generous with his time in sharing his knowledge and experience with other agents, regardless of company or experience. He has served as REALTOR® Board President, as well as on the State Professional Standards Committee, state Scholarship Committee and multiple other chair and committee positions. Martin believes that giving back is an important fundamental in life, donating a portion of each sale to organizations that support animal care and the homeless. Martin now resides full time in the Picacho Hills neighborhood of Las Cruces with his black lab “Lexi”. It's taken me years in this business to realize just how amazing some vendors (business partners) really are. Just like with real estate agents........ You have to find the good ones. Thank you to the vendor/partners that make me look good and make my business run smoother. I am grateful. I've been working on this for a while - a 3D Virtual Tour of my newest listing (no colored glasses required). Use your arrows to follow the floor "circles" through the entire house - or touch screen if available. This is SO powerful for those out-of-town buyers wanting to get a "feel" for the home - and as far as I know, I'm the first agent in Anthem to do this. I love being on the cutting edge!
