Growing up in an Air Force family, Martin has traveled and lived across the country. From Los Angeles to Fort Lauderdale, from Dayton to Salt Lake City, from Phoenix to Atlanta - all while keeping his feet on the ground in New Mexico (well, at least since 1993). Serving real estate clients for nearly two decades, Martin has a reputation for honest, direct and trustworthy advice. His clients always come first, and he strives to exceed their expectations with every transaction. Having sold more than 400 properties, Martin is recognized as a top producing agent, and has received numerous awards including being TWICE awarded Realtor® of the Year (out of 1200+ agents) by his local Board of Realtors® (2021 and 2010). He believes in being generous with his time in sharing his knowledge and experience with other agents, regardless of company or experience. He has served as REALTOR® Board President, as well as on the State Professional Standards Committee, state Scholarship Committee and multiple other chair and committee positions. Martin believes that giving back is an important fundamental in life, donating a portion of each sale to organizations that support animal care and the homeless. Martin now resides full time in the Picacho Hills neighborhood of Las Cruces with his black lab “Lexi”. When not working with Buyers and Sellers, Martin enjoys golf, hiking and camping in the amazing place we call “The Land of Enchantment”.
