One of most common mistakes made by sellers in this current market I can advise my clients on is how important it is to not price your home based on your financial needs or what you need to net from the sell for your future goals. If you can avoid committing to buying another home untill your current home is Atleast under contract but better if it’s closed and funded and you have the proceeds from the sell on your bank account is usually the best option for success in this current market. 👍🧠👨🏻‍🏫. Probably less stressful way of going it’s well. Sell home your current home first. Then you can take your time in buying your next home. Shop around and make a smart educated buy
