When you’re under contract, even a “great deal” can wait! Opening a new credit card, financing furniture, buying a vehicle, or making another major purchase could change your debt-to-income ratio, lower your credit score, and potentially put your home loan—and closing—at risk.

Why does the Realtor you choose matter?

More than once, we’ve been the second Realtors called to list a home that was priced appropriately and should have attracted buyers—but it didn’t.

The problem wasn’t necessarily the house or the price. The original listing had phone photos, little preparation and no clear guidance to help the sellers make the home shine.

And when nearly every buyer begins their search online, your photos are your first showing. 📸🏡

If the home looks dark, cluttered or uninviting online, buyers may never schedule an in-person showing—even when the house itself is wonderful.

Professional photography isn’t an “extra.” Preparing the home isn’t optional. Your listing needs a strategy that makes buyers stop scrolling and want to see more.
