If your listing only has one picture on the MLS, you are basically telling buyers you don't want to sell your house. Buyers scroll fast, and one photo makes them assume there is nothing worth seeing. Show them the kitchen, the backyard, the primary bedroom, give them a reason to stop and imagine living there. More photos means more showings, and more showings means more offers.

Roll the windows down and listen for the noise level, whether that's traffic, a nearby school, or just how quiet the street really is. Look at what's parked in front of the homes. Cars parked on the street can tell you a lot about parking availability and how the HOA enforces its rules. Walk or drive the block and see how it's maintained. A house can be perfect, but the neighborhood is what you live in every single day.
