My now client unfortunately had just lost her husband and wanted to downsize her home here in Vegas and move closer to her family in the mid-west. She found her next home with Brent went into contract.
We had about 45 days once it was on the market to find a buyer, get through inspections, appraisals that could close in time for my client to be able to buy her next home.

After educating her on the pros and cons of each, negotiation, my client made a decision on an offer.
Fast forward 30 days later, my seller received 25k over asking, set a new neighborhood record, and was able to close earlier than expected.
