Some real estate moments just hit different. 🥹

30 years of friendship later… and now I’m standing in a design studio with Jonathan & Jessica picking out finishes for the home they’re building with Woodside Homes. Meanwhile, our boys go to school together now, Jonathan coached Archer’s baseball team, and somehow Jessica and I went from doing elementary school talent shows to debating cabinet colors and countertop samples like seasoned HGTV hosts. 😂

Life is weird in the best way sometimes.

Watching friends you grew up with create this next chapter for their family was honestly really special for me. Full circle moments like this are why I love what I do. It’s never just about the house. It’s about the people, the memories, and getting to be part of milestones this big. ❤️
