By Price Range:

* $100,000 or Less: 29 (Unchanged)
* $101,000 - $200,000: 349 (Up 19%)
* $201,000 - $300,000: 1,013 (Up 14%)
* $301,000 - $400,000: 850 (Up 18%)
* $401,000 - $500,000: 339 (Up 18%)
* $501,000 - $750,000: 272 (Up 32%)
* $751,000 - $1 Million: 64 (Up 78%)
* $1 Million - $2 Million: 31 (Unchanged)

As expected, 77% of our sales are in our "Sweet Spot", which for Las Vegas are Properties for $400,000 or Less. Also as expected, the sector of the market that has been impacted the worst is Commercial, especially Retail.

During Phase 2, casinos, movie theaters, bowling alleys, bars and many other types of businesses are allowed to reopen.
