You may complete an Application for Lease prior to coming to the community. Each adult who will reside in the apartment is required to complete a separate application.
Completing this application prior to your visit will save you time. In addition to the completed application, you will be required to provide the following documentation:
-Valid, Government Issued Photo identification.
-Two most recent pay stubs, or an offer letter from the employer on company letterhead identifying start dates and salary. Other proof of income could be, the last Tax returned form, W2 form, Bank statement showing Direct Deposit, Social Security award letter.
$50.00* Application fee, per adult applicant ( Money Order )
$99.00* Administration fee . ( Money Order )
Other Fees:
Pet Rent: $25.00 per pet.
Pet fee (under 25lbs) - $300* (non-refundable) per pet (2 pets per apartment)
After you submit the required above documentation, our team will work with you to finalize any additional paperwork, for your approval and provide the details of your future move in, and review our policies and procedures as related to your move to the community.
