Feel good story: A special moment on the road today.

Driving from Las Vegas to Pasadena, we stopped in Barstow for lunch — as many do — and chose one of the original Del Taco locations. While we were eating, I noticed an older gentleman warmly greeting customers and even wiping down tables. People were genuinely excited to see him.

It was Ed Hackbarth — the co-founder of Del Taco.

Yes, that Ed Hackbarth. Still showing up. Still caring. Still making people feel welcome.

It was humbling to see someone who built something so iconic, still so grounded and involved. He didn’t need to be there, but he was — with a smile and a rag in hand.

He made my day.

✨ Wrapping up 2024 on a high note with another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review!

This year has been one for the books—while the numbers say it’s been the most challenging real estate market, I’m grateful to say it’s been my best year yet.

December has flown by in a whirlwind of final closings, new beginnings, and holiday magic! Wrapping up 2024 with gratitude and diving into 2025 with new clients ready to find their dream homes. 🎄✨

Between trips to Enchant, Glittering Lights, school parties, work events, and white elephant dinners, I’ve also worn my soccer mom hat, cheered at games, and signed my son up for Jiu Jitsu! 🥋⚽️

There’s a lot of conflicting advice out there when it comes to buying or selling your home. 🥴

You’ll hear one thing from your relatives who have owned homes forever and then your friends will suggest something totally different. That’s not even considering all of the info out there on the internet!

Here’s what you actually need to hear:

Buy a house when YOU are ready. Sell your house when YOU are ready. ⏰

It’s as simple as that!

Real estate is personal–it’s all about where you live your life, after all.

That means that the decisions you make need to be based on YOU, not on what Aunt Rhonda is suggesting or what the hot takes on TikTok tell you.

Remember: your real estate experience starts with you and your unique situation, not the market or anyone else’s opinions.
