It usually starts the same way.

“We’re thinking about selling… but we’re not ready yet.”

Perfect. That’s actually when I want to hear from you.

Because the biggest mistake I see sellers make is waiting until they’re “ready” and then trying to do everything at once.

Suddenly we’re painting rooms that didn’t need painting, making upgrades we’ll never get the money back on, rushing to stage, scheduling photos and trying to figure out a price while the house down the street just hit the market.

No thank you.

If selling is even a maybe this year, that’s when we start.

Before we tour a home, I want to know as much as I can about what’s happening behind the scenes. How long has it really been on the market? Have they reduced the price? Why are they selling? How motivated are they? And most importantly, where do we have leverage?

Because when you find the house you love, that information matters.

My job isn’t just to help you find a home. It’s to make sure you understand what you’re buying, what I see as the pros and the potential concerns, and how we can put together the smartest offer possible.
