Being recognized as one of the Top 25 Women in Real Estate was a huge honor. 🏆

Then my broker Bill caught the bouquet.

And honestly, if there had been a listing agreement attached to it, he probably would’ve caught it even faster. 😂

To be fair, he’s always pushing us to reach further, dream bigger, and go after the next opportunity. Looking back, I should’ve known he wasn’t letting that bouquet get away either. 😉

Las Vegas never fails me.

A room filled with 1,000 candles, a string quartet, and 90s hip-hop was not on my 2026 bingo card... but it should have been.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect walking in, but by the first song, I was hooked.

I literally talked a buyer out of a house this afternoon.

On paper, it checked almost every box. Great neighborhood, beautiful curb appeal and a floor plan they liked. In fact, they like this house more than the other ten we've seen.

But as we walked through it, we started talking about all of the changes they'd want to make. Then we talked about the cost. Then we looked at the price of the home itself.

The more we added it up, the less it made sense.

Could they have bought it? Absolutely.

Would I have happily written the offer? Of course.

But by the time they purchased the home and completed the improvements, they'd have invested far more than I believe the property was worth and that would be a problem.

One of the biggest green flags in real estate is an agent who's willing to tell you not to buy a house.

I've talked buyers out of homes because of location issues, poor resale potential, deferred maintenance, floor plans that didn't fit their lifestyle, and prices that simply didn't make sense.

My job isn't to help you buy a house. It's to help you make a smart decision.

Sometimes that means writing an offer. Sometimes that means walking away and continuing the search. And sometimes that means deciding this just isn't the right time to buy.

The worst real estate advice sounds right until it costs you money.

I hear the same myths every week. From clients, from DMs, from people repeating something they read online without checking if it actually held up. Some of these are harmless. Others have cost people tens of thousands or set their plans back by months.

I'd rather be the agent who gives you the honest answer now than the one who stays quiet and lets you learn the hard way.

NYC meets Vegas as Owning Manhattan returns for Season 2 on 🍾

Spending time in New York and being in the room for the premiere was electric. Moments like that remind me why I do this. The energy, the vision, the standard—being surrounded by Ryan and the SERHANT team pushes me to dream bigger, ask more of myself, and really appreciate the journey it’s taken to get here.

I’m proud to be part of a community that values more than just the wins. It’s the people, the growth, and the process that matter just as much if not more.
