The process was long and tedious at times, however, Jennifer was able to put me at ease as she was always in contact with me and acted in many ways as my therapist. I was unfamiliar with the process but Jennifer was able to provide sound advice and put me at ease as she handled her duties in a timely manner and was always available when I needed to ask questions. Jennifer was able to get me approved for equity on my house, and I was given another chance at life to take care of past due bills, was able to have money saved, and I started traveling again. All thanks to Jennifer.
