Everyone is worried that there will be another market crash as there was in 2008. Although, no one has a crystal ball....... but so far the numbers are holding steady and there is activity. We are still in a Seller's Market.

Unlike in 2008. People do not have those problem 80-20 loans with adjustable rates. People actually now have equity in their homes. Interest rates are the lowest EVER and the First Time Home Buyer and other grants are still available. People still need to move, buy, and sell.

Here are some figures from one of my great title people Kristy with Jet Closings. These are for single-family homes. If you would like the condo figures, feel free to let me know.
