As a resident in Las Vegas, NV for over 30 years, I have lived and worked throughout the Las Vegas valley watching historical moments when properties came down to memorable moments when new properties went up; from dirt lots to community homes & high rises. I’m familiar with some of our city leaders, most of our local business owners and I work with a few non-profit organizations as well as sit on the Board of Black Pride Vegas as a representation of a straight woman in the LGBTQ community. But more importantly, I’m a mother of 3 and I’m just like you, just trying to live my best life. As a Nevada Realtor I serve all sides of the valley from the inner spaces like Paradise, Spring Valley & the one and only Las Vegas Strip to the outskirts like Centennial Hills, North Las Vegas, Anthem, Red Rock/Summerlin, Henderson, Green Valley, Blue Diamond & Boulder City. I believe everyone should live in their own luxury, whatever their definition of that may be. I specialize in adapting to your likes, wants & needs, and turning them into reality (realty as well) with your dream property. I’d like to assist in guiding you through the homebuying process, from beginning to end. I’m very clear and precise about our expectations of each other and my main goal is to make sure you understand every step of the process; I want to become a friend first and then your Real Estate Agent. I want to make sure your kids and their kids have homes. I’m not here to waste your time, I’m only here to streamline the process.
