Wow, at 7 minutes 20 Seconds he talks about the Case-Shiller Home Price Indices, which varies depending on location but on average is at at 130 year high regarding home expense.

Currently the best home deals are found with new home builders for 3 main reasons. 1) Big new home builders are able to offer in home mortgages at a lower rate 2) the newest in efficiency and technology has been built in or can be added to suit 3) all of the homes are using the latest in design trends.

I haven't been able to play much lately but I did Benchmark a few clubs and it looks like I can hit the ball 😁 for those of you interested in the technicalities I was hitting range balls which are about 20% under distance but my launch monitor reads about 10% long add 10% to these numbers and I'd be hitting ave in the pga. now if i could just hit par (not houses) lmao
