AI can give you an answer in seconds. But does that mean you should trust it with a real estate decision? 🤔

I use AI regularly in my own business, and I’m genuinely excited about what it can do. But I’ve also spent a lot of time testing it, challenging the information it gives me, and comparing those answers against actual properties, current market data, contracts, and what I know from working in the Las Vegas market.

And sometimes, it gets things wrong.

That’s why I keep coming back to one important question:
If you’re asking AI because you don’t know the answer, how will you know when its answer isn’t quite right?

🤖 Can You Trust AI With Your Real Estate Decisions?

AI can help you research homes, estimate values, compare properties, understand real estate terms and even suggest what you might offer on a house.
I use AI regularly myself, and I’m genuinely excited about what it can do.
But I also test it. I challenge the answers, compare the information against what I know, add local market context and dig deeper when something doesn’t quite add up.

Because here’s the question I think every buyer and seller should consider:
If you’re asking AI because you don’t know the answer, how will you know when the answer it gives you isn’t quite right?

AI can be an incredibly useful tool. But when the decision involves your home, your money or a real estate contract, knowing when to verify the information matters.
I took a deeper look at where AI can help buyers and sellers, where I’ve found limitations through my own testing, and how I believe consumers can use it more intelligently.
