This is the After photo of a kitchen remodel.

Removed False Ceiling (7 feet) and fluorescent tube lighting
Gutted appliances, cabinets and all drywall down to framing studs
Checked behind insulation for any water damage in roof and walls. Sealed all gaps in structural and added insulation where necessary
Raised ceiling height up to rafters (8 feet)
Installed new junction box and re-routed all wires
Installed recessed lighting with/dimmer switch
Replaced sink light with pendant light. Added additional pendant light to counter area between sink and refrigerator
Replaced existing 30” stovetop with higher service 36” stovetop and installed larger wire back to the breaker panel for higher service. Also, upgraded the stovetop breaker in circuit panel from 30 Amps to 50 Amps.
Replaced existing microwave/oven combination with full-size double oven and installed larger wire back to the breaker panel for higher service. Also, upgraded the oven breaker in circuit panel from 30 Amps to 50 Amps.
Moved microwave outlet/circuit to new location
Upgraded range hood
Installed stainless steel sink and dishwasher
Replaced all lower cabinets and added pulls/handles
Installed additional upper and lower cabinets to microwave wall and added pulls/handles
Installed floating shelves with proper structural backing
Added under cabinet lighting for countertops with its own switch
Installed new marble countertops with backsplash all around with feature wall
Installed new window trim, cabinet trim & molding, floor trim and baseboard
Installed new water-resistant laminate flooring
