I’m excited to officially share that I’ve joined Equity Union Real Estate in Las Vegas.

I’m very grateful for my years with Berkshire Hathaway—the relationships, friendships, guidance, and experiences will always be an important part of my journey.

This next chapter is about expanding the way I serve my clients.

I want to explore a more personal, concierge-style approach to real estate—going beyond the traditional transaction and looking at how a home actually fits the life you want to live.

My focus will continue to grow around Las Vegas real estate, retirement, relocation, investment, downsizing, and helping clients navigate their next chapter.

這些年，我聽過太多次：

「我等房價再跌一點。」

後來變成：

「我等利率再降一點。」

然後，一年又過了一年。

這不是說任何時候都應該買房。
有些時候，等待本來就是正確的財務決定。

可是我們很少計算另外一種成本：

等待人生的成本。

少住了幾年的家。
少累積了幾年的資產。
錯過了原本可能發生在那個家的回憶。
還有那個當初因為「感覺不夠安全」而放棄的機會。

人生裡真正重要的財務決定，本來就不可能完全沒有風險。

所以有一天，問題可能不再是：

「如果我做錯決定怎麼辦？」

而是：

「如果我一輩子都在避免做錯，我是不是也錯過了很多本來可以擁有的人生？」

已經買房 10 年、20 年、甚至 30 年以上的人，我更想聽你們的故事：

I’ve heard some version of this for years:

“I’m going to wait until prices come down.”

Then it became:

“I’m going to wait until interest rates come down.”

Then another year passes.

This doesn’t mean everyone should buy a house today. Sometimes waiting is absolutely the right financial decision.

But there is another cost we rarely calculate: the cost of postponing our lives.

The years you could have lived in the home.
The equity you might have built.
The memories that could have happened there.
The opportunity you passed because it didn’t feel perfectly safe.

Almost every major financial decision contains uncertainty.

Eventually the question changes from:

“What if I make the wrong decision?”

to:

“What if I spend so much time avoiding a mistake that I never make the move at all?”
