Costa Rica 2026 - Rainforest Part 2 Started in Manuel Antonio Rainforest, which was amazing! (Well…maybe not the 12 passenger puddle jumper we had to take there! 😆)
From the amazing views, sunsets and animal sightings right from our treehouse Villa deck, to the ATV tour to a waterfall and zip lining through the rainforest, it was just spectacular!!! Highly recommend staying at Tulemar Resort. We even had a chef brought in to cook dinner one night which was the best meal we had the entire time we were there. And a lot cheaper!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Fun final weekend of baseball for Ben and his OXY baseball team this season. We celebrated and said goodbye to the Seniors and their families. Ben’s worlds collided having friends and old baseball teammates from the UK and Las Vegas attend one of his games together. And Ben finished the season with Offensive player of the year having the highest batting average on the team with a .393! One more season to go…keep grinding! We finished the weekend off seeing the Angels host the Mets, which satisfies all fans in our family!

Senior year for Nick coming to an end! The past 2 weeks have been filled with end of year events…From Prom, Final Soccer Game with his travel team, Academic Awards Night and Christ Academy Final Internship Presentation. I shared a small clip of his presentation (although you can’t see Nick you can hear him) because I just love how he talks about sharing his Faith with others. Proud Mama Moments!!!

When your College ‘Kid’ calls to say he is going to the ER, you pack a bag. When he calls back to say he’s going into Emergency Surgery you get in the car and drive 4 hours so you are there when he wakes up!! He had his enlarged appendix taken out, which was stuck in the side of his abdomen, but the surgeon was able to get it out before it burst! Phew! 🙏 He’s now home in his apartment recovering.
