I have a hospitality background, and started working in the restaurants from my family in Vienna, Austria, at age 12, during the school holidays. When I moved to Las Vegas, I was all excited to start working at one of the big casinos here in Las Vegas. But unfortunately I figured out rather quickly, that you can not compare European/Asian hospitality standards, to the once I encountered here in La
s Vegas. I knew I could not make changes to a business, which works well, and does not care too much to make it better for the guests. Customer/client satisfaction and experience is the highest value for me. You need to be there for your clients, and help them the best way possible, to make their experience as memorable as possible. So my thought was, that I could apply for a Real Estate License here in Las Vegas, to be independent. Surprisingly I passed on the first try. Now I am my own boss, and can run my business the way I like to run it. And as mentioned above, there is no higher priority for me, than to get my clients the best deals possible, now in a different way. It does not matter if it is on the listing side, or the buyer side. There are so many things you have to be aware of, in each transaction, from start to finish, that one mistake can cost your clients thousands of Dollars. I am happy to list properties, doing constantly Open Houses, if it should be vacant, to find a great buyer for the seller, advertise the property all over the world, and be available 24/7..... As well I am happy to deal with buyers, to find the best property for them out there, for the best price possible.
