So apparently in 2026 you can’t just hop in the car, grab Starbucks, and tour 12 houses with your Realtor anymore without paperwork first. 😂🏡

Yep… buyers may now be asked to sign a Buyer Broker Agreement before viewing homes. It’s basically real estate’s version of: “So… what are we?”

But seriously — it protects everyone, sets expectations, and confirms your agent is actually representing YOU through the process. A good Realtor will walk you through it before you sign anything. ✨
