Some homes are about finding the right space for where your family is today. Others are about finding the space where your family can grow.

Victor and Jamie were looking for a larger home to raise their two sweet boys, with a backyard big enough for all the toys and plenty of room for the boys to grow into their teenage years.

And there’s something extra special about this one. Jamie is the sister of a past client, so getting to work with extended family is always such a great experience.

We found the space, the backyard, and the room they were looking for, and now they get to start this next chapter together.

Rate buydowns and closing cost credits are real money, and they usually come with a condition. Use their lender.

Take their title company. Sometimes the price does not move at all, the incentive just replaces the discount you would have

negotiated. Worth reading the whole offer before you fall for the headline number.

I’ve driven past this home almost every day from the 215, watching it evolve over the past three years. So getting the opportunity to step inside and see what’s been taking shape was pretty incredible.

While attending Luxury Evolved here in Las Vegas, I had the chance to tour this private residence in Spanish Hills alongside other luxury agents.

This home is truly one of a kind. The owner has continued to evolve the design throughout the construction process, bringing back unique design ideas and features from his travels and incorporating them into the home.

It’s a great reminder that luxury isn’t always about following a trend. Sometimes it’s about creating something completely personal and unique.
