The Las Vegas market continues to loosen up as inventory grows and buyers become a little more cautious. With mortgage rates moving back above 7%, sellers are having to pay closer attention to pricing and competition. Homes are still selling, but buyers have more choices and more negotiating room. Overall, it feels like a slower market heading into fall. 🍁🍂
