Before bringing 2100 Sundale Street back to market, we worked with our seller to make a few strategic changes. We brought in a landscaper to improve the property’s curb appeal, made sure the home and pool were showing their best, invested in professional photography and media, and—most importantly—took a hard look at the pricing.

Rather than chasing the market, we positioned the home where we believed buyers would respond.

We generated 13 showings and had the home under contract after just 2 days on market at $399,999.
