Not the ending we hoped for, but what a season it was for the Vegas Golden Knights. 🏒⚔️

From game nights at The Fortress, to the energy of Toshiba Plaza before puck drop, this season was about so much more than hockey. Seeing fans line up around our money machine, checking out ’s cars on the plaza, hearing the music, feeling the excitement in the air, and getting to meet so many incredible people before every game reminded us what makes Vegas so unique.

One of my favorite parts was getting to connect with the community face-to-face — meeting Knights fans, talking real estate, hearing people’s stories, and just being part of the atmosphere that this city creates on game day.

Grateful to be part of a brokerage like Galindo Group Real Estate⁠ that gives us opportunities to create experiences like this and be involved with a team that means so much to Las Vegas.

Inspired by the greatest rom-com of our time.

Most people going into a real estate transaction already know the basics.

But there are a few that catch people off guard…

Opening a new credit card or furnishing your new living room before closing can actually flag your loan and put the whole deal at risk.

A job change, even a good one, can do the same thing.

And going in with low offer “just to see” often just signals to the seller that you’re not serious.

The good news: all of this is avoidable with the right guidance going in.

Before the walls, before the memories… there was this.

Back in January, before the foundation was even poured, I stood on their lot by myself and took a small jar of dirt.

Fast forward to closing day — handing them the keys to their very first home, I gave it back to them.

The exact spot where their home, their memories, and this next chapter of life would begin.

I’ve known them since middle school… and now I got to be part of this milestone.

This is what it’s really about.

Because before the home… there was this moment.
