Did you know there’s a program that may provide up to $30,000 in down payment assistance to help eligible first-time homebuyers purchase a home? 👀

Here’s the breakdown in simple terms:

✨ Up to $30,000 in assistance
✨ 0% interest on the assistance loan
✨ You generally don’t make payments on the assistance loan unless you sell, rent out, or refinance the home
✨ Must be your primary residence
✨ You cannot have owned a home within the past 3 years
✨ FHA requires 3.5% down; conventional financing requires 1% down
✨ Household income limits apply
✨ You’ll complete an 8-hour homebuyer education course + one-on-one counseling at no cost
✨ You still need to qualify for a mortgage
✨ Culinary Union member
✨ Funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis
