A nice and warm Monday afternoon means… market update!!! 🚨
We saw fewer properties sold in the last week than we did at the end of March, specifically single family homes. However, we see more homes hitting the market, which means more inventory if you’re looking to buy! 💰
The median price for a single family home is $500,000, but it’s important to remember this includes resales as well as new builds.

As we end the month of March, let’s take a look at the market this past week! We see an increase in properties sold, specifically in terms of single family homes. Similarly, there were more single family homes and townhouses that hit the market than the week before. Sold prices rose about 5% for single family homes.

My very first 5K metal! Hearing throw out another silly idea months ago “we should host a 5K!” and watching it come to life was inspiring. So I DID IT! I also completely forgot that I did it until this arrived in the mail. I am incredibly honored to have been part of the inaugural 2 Bears 5K. Bring back fat . buckets of hate from Vegas.
