Incredible client and home sold! A lot of these deals take a TEAM effort and Mike was an absolute JOY to work with.

Some of the bumps in the road that came our way would’ve stressed a lot of clients out but Mike was cracking jokes along the way and just truly making the best of every step of the selling process!

He had a great network of pros and so did I. Together we got many quotes on repairs needed to ensure Mike had enough options to choose who he felt most comfortable hiring. I was so impressed with 2 of his pros that I’ve added them to my short list of trusted pros and have already connected them with other jobs. 👏🏼🙌🏼

Mike has a background in sales and knows first hand how hot and cold this industry can be. One minute a buyer is 1000% ready to make things happen.. the next, 👻. -Many investors own more than 1 unit in here and bought at different times. Shows they were most likely successful with the first unit they purchased with securing tenants and the numbers worked so they bought more 💰

-One Investor owns 4 units! 🏘️

-Another investor just bought their 2nd unit which is the same floor plan I have listed (2 Bed | 2 Bath) for $360,000. Their Agent told me they bought another because they loved the neighborhood and their first unit has done so well. 🚀
