The LVR market report for December 2022 shows a steady decrease in the median price for homes and condos sold during the month. From May 2022, when prices in south of Nevada peaked at $482,000 for houses, and $285,000 for condos, to the end of December 2022, prices have fallen 11.72% for houses and 11.80% for condos. Prices will decline more during 2023, and properties will take longer to sell, especially if the interest rate continue to rise. El informe del mercado de LVR de Diciembre 2022, muestra una disminucion constante en el precio medio de las casas y condominios vendidos durante el mes. Desde Mayo del 2022, cuando los precios medios de venta en el sur de Nevada alcanzaron un maximo de $482,000 para casas y $285,000 para condos, hasta fines .del mes de Diciembre, los precios han caido un 11.82% para casas y un 11.80% para condos. Se espera que los precios continuen bajando aun mas durante 2023 y las propiedades se tardaran mas tiempo en venderse, especialmente con tasas de interes al alza para las hipotecas.
