Thank you for honoring Project 150 as a donation recipient! 👏 It was a pleasure seeing , Community Outreach and Volunteer Engagement Manager accept the award alongside Patrick Spargur ☘, Co-Founder of Project 150. 💖

Project 150's mission is to support homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged high school students here in Southern Nevada, in addition to expansion into the Reno area. They work solely by donations (no federal red tape) to make it easy for students to get assistance, with just a high school ID. Our local SNCCIM chapter supports them throughout the year with volunteer and donation efforts.

What a beautiful holiday luncheon to end 2025! Watching carolers from John S. Park Elementary School and the installation of the 2026 Board of Directors, plus all the donations, recognitions, and sponsors who were highlighted! ✨️

It was nice catching up with you tonight at talking about work, , , classes, and .rebs

It was also great seeing Rich MacDonald, who is a visionary developer in the City of Henderson. This sparked a conversation about development and redevelopment, including seeing opportunities when others see challenges, such as terrain, brownfields, and environmental testing.

I'm looking forward to what 2026 and 2027 hold for us and accomplishing both education and career goals! 👏🎊

Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter volunteering at ! 👏

This was the 2nd day volunteered with for the Thanksgiving meal boxes. 📦 First was taping, and today was packing!

It was great seeing all the volunteers, not just from CCIM, but all over the valley!

Plus, the amazing staff at Project 150 who do so much every day to help disadvantaged high school students in Clark County. Thank you! 💟

Grand Opening Celebration at .lv 🎉

Thank you for the invite 👏

What a fun event seeing so many government officials in our city support this restaurant gem that's been in operation 50 years!

The food 😋 was delicious! Especially the fried catfish and fried green tomatoes! Next time I'm in Downtown Las Vegas, I'm definitely stopping in.

🟡 Even though we have times of uncertainty, Las Vegas is diversifying with sports, technology, hospitality, and medicine. Parallel industries will expand to support.
🟡 We are still projected to grow from 2.4M residents today to 3M residents in 2045.
🟡 Short-term interest rates are expected to continue to decrease slightly in the next couple of years, meaning lines of credit, car loans, and credit cards could see some improvement.
🟡 Due to the low availability of land, there is a restriction of new building permits. However, if additional land becomes available, these numbers could change.
🟡 Nevada is the 3rd highest concentration of small businesses in the nation! This is based on businesses with less than 500 employees. Having available and affordable space for small businesses is crucial here because this helps them hire.
