SO SORRY I HAD TO POST THIS BUT I DON'T WANT YOU ALL TO BE CAUGHT UP IN THIS.

With over 41,000 families moving here from California in the past few years and considering the fact that the home prices are so much more reasonable, I don't think even a move in interest rates will make a difference for newcomers; people who live and work here - sadly, many of them are getting frozen out of the market, just like 2007-2008.
