I work diligently with my Sellers before we put their house on the market making sure every detail is in place for a quick and profitable sale.
This one took a bit longer than we had hoped for, but not because of the house itself! The house is very nice in an upscale 55+ community in Summerlin. The problem for Buyers looking was one of two things:
1. The home backs up to a busy street🚗

2. There are extremely large power lines in the backyard, and this was a huge problem. 🫠
We went under contract the first time, and with just a day or two left, the Buyer canceled. I had been in Wyoming helping my parents when I received the news, and my heart dropped that I was going to have to tell my Sellers, especially since I was out of town.
We went back on market, I came back to Vegas for my twins’ 22nd birthday 👯 and received a phone call that morning. A sweet woman wanted to see the house, however didn’t have an agent and was hoping I would show it to her. Roughly 13 days later we closed, cash offer, and I was able to fairly represent the Buyers and Sellers!
