Buffalo run into the storm instead of away from it. Sounds backwards, but they spend less time in the rain because of it. 🐃

Clark County home prices have only dropped in 8 of the last 50 years. Every time the market got shaky, the recovery came faster than people expected, and the buyers who waited for “certainty” ended up buying back in at a higher price.
