Just returned from a work trip to Costa Rica, where I had the incredible privilege of taking a long hike through a river-forest with a remarkable naturalist and tour guide. We’re now quietly looking for a business partner for her licensed Tourism & Waterfalls venture.
I'm not tagging Katja, as this is a discreet, off-market opportunity—a true hidden gem for someone aligned with nature, sustainability, and tourism.
This anteater briefly joined us on the trail,—one of the many magical encounters that make this place unforgettable.
🌿 The property features:
Three stunning waterfalls
River all around
Two nearly-new wooden cabins
Hiking trails
A small, charming restaurant
Panoramic mountain & jungle views
We stayed there three days, and the sound of the river was so peaceful and mesmerizing that I barely wanted to fall asleep.
📍 Located just 1 hour from Jacó and Manuel Antonio, and 2.5 hours from San José.
I also want to take a moment to thank my daughter and her best friend—my amazing companions on this two-week journey. Even though they had their own work missions, they supported me every step of the way. They were real troopers, holding strong through every crazy moment with patience, humor, and heart. I couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you Katja also for your wonderful hospitality, food and just all around amazing time.
If you’re someone who sees the potential in sustainable ecotourism and wants to learn more about this paradise-business opportunity, please send me a direct message.
Photos and videos truly don't do this place justice—you have to experience it to believe it. 💪
Stay safe!
