You may have already heard, but thousands of Clark County residents are unknowingly receiving a tax increase. Local news channel 8 recently aired the story, and also posted in on their site. It is very easy to find out if your home was affected; Search for your property by name or address on the Clark County Assessor’s webpage( https://trweb.co.clark.nv.us/ ). If your Tax Cap Increase Pct is listed as 4.8, your home was effected! No worries, you can easily get it decreased to 3% by calling the county assessor at 702-455-3882. They will send you a postcard to fill out and send back.

Please note: Only homes that are primary residents will qualify for this tax decrease, it does NOT apply to secondary or investment properties.
