Big stretches of land near the western edge of Summerlin have been cleared, and it appears Alta Drive may eventually extend farther west beyond Crossbridge. The area continues to evolve as Summerlin pushes development outward with new neighborhoods, infrastructure, parks, and commercial growth.

Translation?

📍 More long-term growth in the west valley
