Brian Esposito was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to research whether I could qualify for homebuyer assistance despite my income. Apparently, I make “too much money” to qualify for assistance—which sounds like a good problem to have until you’re trying to buy your first home!
Thankfully, Brian helped me understand that not qualifying for assistance did not mean I had to give up on buying a home. He took the time to look at my other assets and show me how homeownership could still be possible.
It was very clear to me that Brian is an expert at what he does. He was extremely knowledgeable about the lending process, but what I appreciated most was his ability to take something that felt complicated and explain it to me in a way that was clear and easy to understand. He ran multiple loan scenarios for different homes and walked me through the costs and details so I could understand exactly what I was looking at.
Another thing that really stood out to me was his responsiveness. He answered my questions even after hours and on weekends, which made a huge difference during what can be a stressful and unfamiliar process. I always felt like he genuinely cared about helping me reach my goal rather than simply getting me through the transaction.
I’m extremely grateful for Brian’s guidance, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond. As a first-time homebuyer, having someone I could trust and rely on throughout the process made such a positive difference in my experience.
