On October 22, 2026, President Donald Trump signed a new Executive Order aimed at reducing housing costs for American families!
🏠 WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
✅ SAVE ON MORTGAGE INSURANCE: A proposed program could help eligible future homeowners automatically eliminate private mortgage insurance once they build enough equity. For example, eliminating a $150 monthly payment would save $1,800 annually!
✅ LOWER REFINANCING COSTS: Certain title insurance, appraisal, and other refinancing fees could be reduced for qualifying homeowners.
✅ MORE AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPTIONS: The government wants to encourage more manufactured and modular homes, potentially increasing affordable housing choices.
✅ LOWER INTEREST RATES: Certain eligible USDA and VA direct home loans could become less expensive.
💰 LOOKING FOR A HOME BETWEEN $300,000 AND $400,000?
Did you know that some conventional home loan programs allow qualified buyers to purchase with as little as 3% down?
