🚨 ATTENTION LVR REALTORS – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU VOTE 🚨
➡️ Board Size & Structure
Reduces the Board from 16 to 12 members
Removes MLS Chair & CALV Chair as voting members
Eliminates two At-Large Director seats
Think about: Does a smaller board improve efficiency—or reduce diverse representation and oversight?
➡️ Treasurer Term Limits
Removes the two-term limit for Treasurer
Think about: Does this create continuity—or allow entrenched control over finances?
➡️ Election Rules
Stricter qualifications for candidates
Election Committee gains discretion to disqualify candidates for “good cause”
Think about: Does this raise leadership standards—or limit who can run?

Eliminates the Bylaws & Forms Committees and consolidates others
Think about: Does this create efficiency—or reduce member oversight and involvement?

Gives the President more power to nominate candidates for mid-term vacancies
