Closed! 🙏🏻 So happy for my friend and client who just recorded on his newest home here in Las Vegas, specifically in Green Valley. With a tremendous backyard oasis and relaxing pool, he is ready to enjoy the beautiful Henderson summer nights!

Don reached out to me 2 months ago and said he was ready to move from Idaho back to Vegas. I put him in touch with a referral agent in Idaho, who sold his house after just four days on the market. That put the pressure on us to find a home here in Vegas. After looking at a dozen properties, we came across this one in Green Valley, and he absolutely fell in love. of course, the seller had two other offers, and with me on his team, I was able to secure him this house and $1600 in closing costs paid for by seller, while also beating the other offers!

I am so excited for him, and truly grateful that he allowed me to represent him! The only way I provide from my family is by the trust of my clients, and that is not something I take lightly!
