Two 21-story glass towers proposed right next to Downtown Summerlin. About 260 condos. A skybridge 17 floors up with a bar and restaurant. Pools, a w**e cave, even a bowling alley. Red Rock right behind it.

It's only a proposal for now, filed with Clark County. No prices or timeline yet.

Summerlin crece hacia arriba. 🏙️

Dos torres de vidrio de 21 pisos, propuestas al lado de Downtown Summerlin. Unos 260 condominios, un puente aéreo en el piso 17 con bar y restaurante, piletas, una cava de vinos y hasta un bowling. Con Red Rock justo detrás.

Por ahora es solo una propuesta presentada ante el Condado de Clark. Todavía no hay precios.

September shifted the Vegas market. 🕵️

7,995 single-family homes sat on the market with no offers at the end of September, up 6.6% from last year. That's about five months of supply. A year ago? Four.

Fewer sales (down 7.4%). Rates climbing.

The median home: $470,000. Same as a year ago, and $20K under the $490,000 record set in May and June.

More choice for buyers.

7.995 casas unifamiliares seguían en venta sin ofertas a fines de septiembre, un 6,6% más que el año pasado. Son unos cinco meses de inventario. ¿Hace un año? Cuatro.

Menos ventas (bajaron un 7,4%). Tasas en subida.

Precio mediano: $470.000. Igual que hace un año, y $20.000 por debajo del récord de $490.000 de mayo y junio.

Más opciones para los compradores.
