Congrats to my fabulous buyers on the closing of their new home! Only 1 year lived in, practically brand new! Strip + Red Rock views, 4 nice sized bedrooms, open floor plan, a large loft, walk-in closets, and a den! Closing costs were what were most important to them for a 3-2-1 rate buy down (ask me about it!) so I went to work on getting them $28k back from the sellers to get that rate. It worked! Plus we appraised at offer price! 🙌🏻

✨🏠SOLD!! In my opinion, the biggest testament of trust, is a business referral. Even more so when the referral comes from a colleague within the business. This first time home buyer knew exactly what she wanted, had her eye on on the prize, and jumped when we found the right property! This darling home not only checked off all the required boxes, it closed with $22k in automatic equity and I was able to negotiate $10k in closing cost assistance from the seller. Yay!
