Tech investor Richard Haddrill has sold his Las Vegas penthouse for $21 million, setting a new condominium price record for the region. The sale was all inclusive, with everything conveyed from the furniture and artwork down to the silverware. Haddrill, the former CEO of Bally Technologies and Powerhouse Technologies, purchased the residence in 2023 for $9.4 million. The 5 bedroom, 6 bath penthouse spans 4,929 square feet and sits inside The Summit Club, roughly ten miles west of the Strip. Positioned above the newly built clubhouse, it is one of only a small number of residences with that elevated placement, offering sweeping views of the Strip, Red Rock Mountains, and the Tom Fazio designed golf course, along with a wraparound terrace, lap pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and floor to ceiling glass.
