I was born Nimfa Diaz Fontanilla to Dominica and Chrispulo in Pangasinan Province, Philippines. I immigrated to the United States moving to Las Vegas in 1985. Lived here for 6 years; working in various hotels and later became a Licensed Social Worker. I started a career in my primary interest as a Social Worker helping people to overcome difficulty. I was employed with the Head Start Program a

nd in a Skilled Nursing Home Facility. In 1990 I moved to Monmouth, Oregon where I developed a passion for real-estate through my late husband who was a real-estate developer specializing in building;
nursing homes, multiple dwellings and single family residential

I move back to Las Vegas in 2002 and began investing in single family residential homes. I became experienced dealing with 1031 exchange and re-investments of capital. With my Degree of Bachelor of Science in Social Work, my love of working with people in obtaining their goals and dreams and my passion for real-estate I am able to combine my interests to help people reach the American Dream of home ownership. I go the extra mile to help my customers/clients achieve their goals, and I make sure I give them the best options available. I work in all areas of the valley.
