I represented the buyer on this 3 beds / 2 bath home in the beautiful Heartland Community in North Las Vegas. This floor plan is difficult to get because the builder only has 28 homes of this model out of 132 homes being built in this particular gated area. Special thanks to my agent partners for making this happen for my clients who were thrilled to get the home on their price range. Builder paid most of my client’s closing costs and secured a 5.25% rate fixed for 30 years😃

Client is a VA buyer and we were able to reserve the lot before the community was even open to the public (thanks to my agent partners who gave me the opportunity to preview before their soft opening😊). My client who has both sold and bought a home from me in the past called and said her kids are looking to buy a house because their current rental is being sold. Kyle Canyon is located in the Northwest part of Las Vegas and has a cooler weather than most of the valley. It is 20 miles away from Mount Charleston perfect for hiking in the summer and snow activities in the winter.
