Today, we had the pleasure of hearing from Chris Karsaz of Karsaz Law, who spoke about the facts behind rent control and the lasting effects it can have.

Chris’s presentation was informative, insightful, and easy to understand despite the complexity of the subject. His ability to make such an important and complicated topic accessible made for a truly interactive and engaging IREM 99 Las Vegas meeting.
