Las Vegas saw the opening of a 89 cent store last week. Every penny counts these days. This store's grand opening offered a 22 in flat screen to the first 9 customers for 99 cents!

Lending interst rates on homes by the big lenders went down again this week. We'll have to wait and see what will happens because of the new legislation and the S&P rating.
