Some evenings remind you that patience and craftsmanship still matters.

Last night at Partage was one of those experiences. A rare lineup of Dom Pérignon vintages including the 2008, 2012, 2000 Rosé, and 2002 Rosé. Each with its own personality, history, and expression.

What stood out most wasn’t just the rarity of the bottles, but the precision behind them. The balance, time and artistry that goes into creating wines at this level is something special to experience side by side.

Huge credit to Nicolas and the team for continuing to build one of the most thoughtful and sophisticated wine programs in Las Vegas. Truly a memorable evening.
