So many of my clients want to go the new home route.

They like the fact that no one has lived there before.

The appliances are all new.

The neighborhood feels alive, with everyone introducing themselves and getting to know one another through their shared experience of moving into the neighborhood at the same time.

They make a family day of taking the kids on the weekend to show them their rooms and check on the progress of the build.

They see buying a brand-new home as an adventure.

➡️ Looking for a spur-of-the-moment hike?

I took this one with my family and found an incredible area with bouldering, scrambles, and some hiking.

Kraft Mountain Loop at Calico Basin is great for a quick outdoor jaunt.

Calico Basin is an excellent alternative to Red Rock Canyon.

If it's summer, be sure to go early in the morning to avoid heatstroke, and wear hiking shoes as you're walking in sandy conditions.

My tennis shoes weren't meant to grip while scrambling over boulders.

Lesson learned.

Adventure is out there...🧗🏻‍♀️

Las Vegas is so much more than bright lights and endless parties. Our community is one of an endless spirit collaboration and reinvention.

Three new projects coming to our city in the next few years are🥁:

1. A standalone children’s hospital
2. Las Vegas Art Museum
3. NW Campus of CSN

We’re growing up as a city and it’s so exciting to witness.
